You can check in on your progress by tapping Goals on your Stats page. If you've submitted a rating for that week, you'll be able to see how your current rating compares to how you were feeling at the start of your journey. (If you haven't yet submitted a rating for the current week, you'll be prompted to do so instead of seeing the comparison chart.)

At the end of the full 6-week program, the Goals page will show you an overview of all of your data from week to week.

There is currently no option to export your data—but you can always share the view of your data as displayed in the app!
