How do I switch between modes in the Wave 1 app?Updated 3 months ago

You can switch between modes at any time using the Modes menu in the app!

1. Open up the Embr Wave app.
2. On the main screen with the temperature dial, tap the Modes button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select your desired modes for warming, cooling, or both.
4. Tap the X at the top right of the window to exit the Modes menu.

The mode(s) you select will be your default until you decide to change it again. For example: If you select Quick Mode for cooling and Extended Mode for warming, every cooling session will now be in Quick Mode and every warming session will be in Extended Mode.
