What’s included?
Your subscription includes an Embr Wave 2 device and magnetic charger PLUS our two most popular accessories: the Comfort Case (a silicone cover for added comfort, protection, and performance) and the Comfort Band (an optional soft nylon band that's extra breathable and lightweight).
Are there any fees or interest charges?
There is a one-time $15 setup fee when you start your subscription. After that, your payment method will be charged $30 a month—no interest, no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep, anytime! There are no commitments or cancellation fees. Just contact our team to request a free return shipping label and use it to send back your device to end your subscription.
Should I keep the box?
Yes—please keep the box and packaging your product is delivered in. Otherwise, should you need to return your product, you may be charged a fee for a replacement box.
What if I haven’t received my package?
Please contact the carrier directly for more information and check with your neighbors.
What if my package was stolen?
If you believe your order was stolen after being delivered to your property, then a crime may have occurred and you should contact the police. With a valid police report, you will be eligible for a replacement. Without a police report, you may be charged an unreturned device fee.
How does payment work?
Your subscription will renew automatically. You must keep an active payment method on file at all times, ensuring funds are present and there are no holds on the card.
What if I miss a payment?
If for any reason a payment fails, we will provide helpful reminders by a variety of methods and happily assist you with any billing issues. If your product is lost, stolen, or broken, please contact us immediately to avoid additional charges.
What if it stops working?
If you have an issue with your product, we’ve got you covered! Just let us know and we'll send you instructions and issue a replacement. In cases of severe damage due to user negligence, a damage fee may apply.
What if my device is stolen?
If your device is stolen, you need to contact the police and obtain a police report. Please contact us no later than 2 days after your device is stolen.
Is it mandatory to return the device?
Yes—devices must be returned to us no matter what, even if badly damaged. Please hold onto your box, as you will need it in the event that you must replace your wristband or cancel your subscription.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you cancel your subscription, we will stop payments after you return your device but we do not refund unused time.
