You will need the app to set your cooling or warming to Fall Asleep Mode initially, but once you’ve done that, you can control your Embr Wave from the light bar and won’t need to have your phone out when you go to bed.
If you don’t have a smartphone or tablet, we recommend asking a friend to download the app so you can do the initial setup using their device.
