You can switch between modes at any time using the Modes menu in the app!
- Open up the Embr Wave app.
- On the main screen with the temperature dial, tap the Modes button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select your desired modes for warming, cooling, or both.
- Tap the X at the top right of the window to exit the Modes menu.
The mode(s) you select will be your default until you decide to change it again. For example: If you select Quick Mode for cooling and Extended Mode for warming, every cooling session will now be in Quick Mode and every warming session will be in Extended Mode.
