To see which mode you’re using, open the Embr Wave app.
If you are currently using warming or cooling, the app will specify what mode you are in at the top of the screen. In the example screenshot below, you can see it says “Extended Mode in progress” at the top of the screen.
If you are not currently using your Embr Wave, tap the Modes button at the bottom of the screen to view your selected modes for warming and cooling.
