If you think you will only want to use your Wave 1 for warming or cooling (or if you want to temporarily disable one or the other), you can change your settings in the app! Here’s how:
- Tap the ⚙ icon to open up Settings.
- Tap the arrow to the right of Temp Mode to show your options:
You can set your Wave to Warming Only, Cooling Only, or Warming and Cooling.
If you’ve selected Cooling Only, the +/warming side of the light bar will be disabled in the app. If you attempt to start a warming session using either the app or the light bar on your Wave, the device will refuse to warm. Instead, the light bar will flash orange, back and forth one time, and then return to standby. You'll also see "You've selected 'Cooling Only' in the app settings" on the My Session screen of the app:

You can change your Temp Mode at any time by returning to Settings in the app!
