The Essential Mode is a 10-minute preset mode that will be the default setting when you first receive your Wave. (In other words, if you've never switched sessions, then your Wave will already be set to Essential Session!) It’s designed to hit that sweet spot between the fast, intense waves of a Quick Mode and the longer, slower-paced pulses of the Extended Mode.
With settings based on the most popular options used in a Custom Mode for both warming and cooling, Essential Mode is engineered to give you a great thermal experience over a 10-minute session—a one-tap option for relief that feels “just right.”
