Once you start using Goal Tracker, the app will remind you once each week to check in with how you are feeling. The check-ins are quick—just tap to rate how you're feeling—and we'll also offer supportive tips to help keep you motivated!
If you don't feel like checking in right then, you always have the option to tap Later. We'll remind you one more time but will stop sending weekly prompts if you tap Later two times in a row. To check in when you're ready, just visit your Stats page and tap on Goals to pick up where you left off.
