All Night Mode is an 8-hour mode designed to accompany you throughout the night so you can feel better rested the next day. It features gradual and soothing waves of cooling or warming to keep your body balanced and comfortable all night long, as well as muted lights suited to a dark room.
To start using the All Night Mode, tap Modes from the main screen of the app. Tap on All Night Mode (in either the Cooling or Warming section) to set it as your default for all future cooling or warming sessions, until or unless you decide to change it.
All Night Mode was released for the Embr 1 Wave app in June 2020, with firmware version 45 and app version 1.5.2 (iOS) or 1.5.3 (Android).
