Fall Asleep Mode is a 35-minute mode designed to help you get to sleep (or get back to sleep) faster. Use Fall Asleep Mode as you settle into bed, and start a new session if you happen to wake up.
All Night Mode is an 8-hour mode meant to accompany you throughout the night. Start a session when you go to bed, and it will keep going for the next 8 hours.
Both Fall Asleep Mode and All Night Mode feature gradual waves engineered to relax your body into sleep, as well as muted lights suited for a dark room.
