Yes! As with any mode, you can stop a session before the full time is elapsed. Click the center of the light bar on your Wave once OR tap STOP in the app (in the bar underneath the temperature dial) to immediately stop warming or cooling and return to standby (half blue/half red lights).
The standby lights will automatically turn off within 10-15 seconds, or you can click the center of the light bar to turn them off manually.
