If you try to start a warming or cooling session and your light bar briefly blinks orange before returning to the standby (half blue/half red lights), there are a few things to check:
- Does your battery need to be charged? (Here's how to check your battery status in the app.)
- Are you trying to cool when your Wave is set to Warming Only? Are you trying to warm when your Wave is set to Cooling Only? (Here's how to set your Wave to Cooling Only, Warming Only, or Warming and Cooling.)
- Is there an error message in the app? Check the main screen for any messages inside the temperature dial. The app will tell you if your device is too warm or too cold to start.
After checking all of these things, if you still aren't able to start a session, we recommend resetting your Wave to see if that resolves the issue. If the reset doesn't help, send a message to our support team!
