There are a few reasons why you may not see any data on your Track + Learn dashboards!
If you haven’t synced your data in a while, you won’t see what you’ve been up to. You should make sure to sync your usage data in the app at least every two weeks. Otherwise you’ll see an error message letting you know that the data has not been synced within the recommended amount of time!
Another reason that you might not be seeing data is that you haven’t used your Wave for that period of time. This can be seen on the calendar, shown by the specific date not having a gray dot underneath it.
