General
- I haven't received a reply to my question!

- The metal parts of my Wave get warm during cooling, which doesn't help when I need to feel cooler!
- My cooling session feels like it’s slowing down or getting less cool?
- Why isn't the temperature feeling steady?
- I pressed the light bar, but it didn't return to my last used temperature level
Mobile App Issues
- The app keeps crashing after I upgraded to the latest app version [iOS devices, December 2020]
- My Wave isn't pairing!
- Oops! Something went wrong. / Found device but could not pair (Pairing Issue)
- I updated the app, and now I can't access Modes or the temperature dial!
- The app keeps telling me to upgrade firmware, even after it told me the upgrade was complete
- I've paired my Wave, but it keeps telling me I'm unpaired?
Light Bar Issues
- My Wave has been flashing orange/red/yellow continually for hours, and I can't do anything with it!
- My Wave is frozen with purple (or pink) lights
- I can start warming or cooling for a few seconds, but then my Wave shuts down / lights turn off?
- My Wave blinks orange, then turns half blue/half red, and I can't warm or cool
- My Wave is blinking red/orange briefly, and I can't start a cooling session.
- I pressed the light bar and it's flashing green?
