Here's something you can try:
- Force quit the app. (Instructions for force quitting iOS and Android)
- Hold down the left side of the light bar (where you'd typically see the blue light) on the Wave for a few seconds, until the purple light turns off.
- If the purple light stays off you're all set! If not, re-open the mobile app.
- The app might automatically start updating. If it asks you to pair, tap Cancel.
- If it doesn't automatically update, tap the gear icon ⚙️at the top right hand corner or swipe left to get to the Settings screen.
- Wait for the update to complete.
- Re-open the app.
- Tap Pair if your devices do not start pairing automatically.
