For items purchased from embrlabs.com: If you are located outside of the United States and need to return an order placed on embrlabs.com, please contact us within 60 days of your order's ship date for instructions on how to ship the item(s) back for a refund. Please note that international shipping charges (as well as any taxes, duties, or fees you may have paid to receive your package) are not refundable.
