A Bluetooth connection is required to allow your smartphone and Wave to talk to each other. If they&#x2019;re not connected, you won&#x2019;t be able to use the app to do things like adjust your temperature level or choose a session.&#xA0;
Here&#x2019;s how to turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet:

If you have an iPhone, you may also need to enable Bluetooth specifically for the Wave 2 app in your phone&#x2019;s privacy settings. Go to Settings &gt; Privacy &gt; Bluetooth and check to see that you&apos;ve turned on Bluetooth for the Embr Wave app.</li>
