How do I wear my Embr Wave 2?Updated 2 days ago

1. Wear Embr Wave on the inside of your wrist.
Your skin is more sensitive to temperature here, so this is where the Wave will be most effective.

2. Don't wear it too close to your hand.
Place your Wave about an inch or two away from your hand, or far enough that your hand doesn’t touch when you bend and move. This makes it less likely for you to feel any heat being released from the device during cooling and will make sure you have full range of motion. It’ll just be more comfortable all around.

3. Find your "sweet spot."
You’ve got temperature-sensing nerves in your skin called thermoreceptors. There are hot thermoreceptors and cold thermoreceptors, and they’re not evenly distributed, which means some parts of your skin might be more sensitive to cold and other spots might be more sensitive to warmth. If you’re not really feeling it in one spot, you might just need to move your Wave slightly to the left or right or up or down. Experiment to find out what feels best!

4. Try both arms.
You also might find that one arm is more sensitive to temperature than the other. For some people, they’re about the same; but others notice a dramatic difference. So if your right arm doesn’t feel quite right, give your left arm a try.

Give your body time!
Above all, don’t give up! Embr Wave clicks for some people right away, but many others have told us it took a few days or a few weeks before they really felt a difference. So even if you’re not feeling much now, that doesn’t mean the Wave won’t work amazingly for you a little bit farther down the road. Many Wavers say the Wave works better and better the longer they use it, so give yourself plenty of time for your brain and body to start responding.
