I didn't get refunded for everything that I returnedUpdated a year ago

If you ordered multiple items (e.g., accessories, extended warranty) but did not receive a refund for everything you returned, it's likely that you didn't select all of the items when you created your return online.

Not to worry! Just send us a message and let us know what we missed. If it's a physical item, we'll need to confirm that all items were received at our warehouse. If it's a non-physical item, like an Extend Protection Plan, we can issue the refund immediately.
