You've received your email with return instructions, and the included link brings you to a page that says "Oops! You've clicked on a previously used link."
This most often occurs if you've accidentally clicked the Start a Return button on the Returns Center more than once, resulting in multiple "Your Embr Labs return" emails being sent to your address. You will need to click on the link in the most recently sent email to complete your return, as any of the earlier emails will register as "previously used" and will not work.
