Under certain circumstances, there may be times when your Wave 2 will initially be too cold to use.
Moments like these are often caused by the device being stored at lower than usual temperatures or being worn for a prolonged amount of time in cold temperatures. When this happens, you’ll receive a notification that the device will not start until it warms up.
If this is the case, an easy fix is, if the device has been stored at low temperatures, to place the device against your skin for a few moments to warm it up. If it’s not starting because its been worn in colder than normal temperatures, its best to remove the Wave 2 and warm it in your hand or pocket.
