Embr Wave is designed to get about as hot as a hot tub.
We’ve designed our device to provide powerful temperature sensations without actually needing to become extremely hot or cold. During regular operation, the device never reaches temperatures hot enough to inflict burns of any kind on your skin. That said, we believe that thermal is personal, and so the highest levels of warming may not necessarily be pleasant for everyone!
(And just like a seatbelt in a hot car, if you leave the device in the sun for too long, it might get hot enough to feel painful to the touch!)
