We understand that temperature is very personal, and the Wave isn't going to be the right solution for every person out there. If you decide you'd like to send your Wave back for a refund, you can start a return within 30 days of your order's ship date by visiting returns.embrlabs.com.

The Wave also comes with a 1-year limited warranty, as outlined in the Terms of Sale. This means that if your device stops working or has a defect that we're not able to troubleshoot, you may be eligible for a free replacement.
