Do I have to purchase a product protection plan to have warranty coverage for my Wave?

Nope. Every Wave Bracelet comes with a 1-year limited warranty as described in our Terms of Sale.

This means that if your device stops working or has a defect that we're not able to troubleshoot within one year of shipping, you may be eligible for a free replacement. We're always happy to see if we can help work through issues, so please don't hesitate to reach out if something isn't right!
