I've selected a Reason for Return, but I can't click the Return button?

After you start a return at our online Returns Center, just click on any items from your order that you would like to send back and then select a return reason for each item.

Once you've selected a reason for return, click the COMPLETE RETURN bar at the bottom of the screen. [Note: Our returns portal has had a color update since this article was first posted, so the screenshots below that show a green bar will now show a black bar instead.]


Click the COMPLETE RETURN bar at the bottom of the screen (not the small, gray Return + arrow that appears next to your order number—confusing, we know!) to get your refund estimate and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label.
