How to send a mobile support email

Need to send us an app from your Wave 2 mobile app? Here's how:

  1. Open the Embr Wave 2 app and tap Settings in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Support (toward the bottom of the screen).
  3. Then tap Email Us. This will open up an email that includes information about your device and the app that might be able to help us diagnose what's going on.
  4. Change the subject to "Mobile Support [order #]" and hit send.
